Terms, Conditions, and Use Declarations

The purchase, engagement, or acceptance of this product shall constitute, on the part of the purchaser, an express, unequivocal, and unconditional acknowledgment of full knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of the provisions, limitations, scope, and effects set forth herein, it being understood that such acceptance occurs with full awareness of the legal and material nature of the product, as well as of the absence of any effects other than those expressly recognized in this instrument.

1. Nature, Scope, and Effect of the Certificate

The document subject to this purchase is exclusively representative, illustrative, commemorative, and symbolic in nature, and by its own nature and purpose lacks any constitutive, declarative, or evidentiary capacity with respect to academic qualifications, professional competencies, technical certifications, or legally recognizable work capabilities.

Accordingly, the mere issuance, possession, display, or retention of said document may not be construed, directly, by analogy, extensively, or through any other interpretive means, as constituting a certification with official legal effect or academic or professional recognition.

2. Absence of Accreditation, Endorsement, or Institutional Recognition

The certificate does not originate from, nor is it backed, sponsored, endorsed, accredited, overseen, supervised, recognized, or validated by any educational institution, certifying body, professional association or board, ministerial authority, labor union, administrative agency, government authority, or any other public or private legal entity vested with regulatory or certifying powers.

Consequently, this document carries no authorizing force, evidentiary effect, or institutional enforceability against third parties, and may not be deemed equivalent to, a substitute for, or a replacement of academic degrees, diplomas, licenses, registrations, professional credentials, authorizations, accreditations, or certifications required under applicable legal, regulatory, administrative, or institutional provisions.

3. Non-Professional Nature of the Questionnaire

The questionnaire associated with this product does not constitute a professional examination, a formal academic assessment, a licensing test, a competency accreditation process, or any institutional certification mechanism.

Its sole purpose is to provide an informal, objective self-assessment, structured through multiple-choice questions, aimed solely at quantifying correct answers related to general knowledge of the subject matter covered by the questionnaire.

The results of this self-assessment may not be legally considered sufficient, conclusive, or binding evidence of professional competence, technical proficiency, specialization, formal training, work suitability, or fitness to perform activities subject to regulation.

4. Limitation of the Certificate's Representative Value

The material and representative scope of the certificate is strictly limited to the symbolic acknowledgment of the quantitative result obtained by the user on the corresponding questionnaire.

Any additional attribution of meaning, effect, legitimacy, authority, or evidentiary capacity beyond that purpose shall be considered unrelated to the purpose of the product and without basis under these terms.

Under no circumstances shall the issuance of the certificate be interpreted as a declaration, presumption, recognition, or accreditation of academic training, technical competence, professional sufficiency, specialization, experience, suitability, or authorization to perform any activity.

5. Absence of Authority, Privilege, or Authorization to Practice Professionally

The purchase or possession of this document does not create, confer, transfer, recognize, or constitute any right, privilege, authorization, license, qualification, or power to practice any profession, trade, technical activity, or any other activity whose performance is subject to legal or regulatory requirements.

Likewise, the certificate may not be invoked, used, or presented to employers, contracting parties, clients, insurers, educational institutions, professional bodies, public agencies, or third parties in general as proof of professional qualification, competence, authorization, or legitimacy.

Any use of the document for a purpose other than that expressly defined herein shall not alter its nature nor, by itself, produce legal effects that the document does not inherently possess.

6. Responsibility for Interpretation and Use

Determining the purpose, context, and manner of use of the certificate is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, who shall bear, under their own responsibility, the consequences of any presentation, statement, declaration, or interpretation that third parties may make based on said document.

The seller shall be exempt from liability for any consequences, damages, claims, penalties, disputes, rejections, or any other adverse effects arising from improper, out-of-context, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading use of the certificate by the purchaser.

In particular, the seller shall not be held liable for any use in which the purchaser attributes to the document an official, professional, academic, or authorizing effect that is expressly excluded under these terms.

7. No Guarantee of Acceptance, Recognition, or Enforceability Against Third Parties

The seller does not guarantee, warrant, or assume any obligation regarding the eventual acceptance, valuation, recognition, admission, or consideration of the certificate by third parties.

Any refusal by an employer, client, institution, organization, professional body, public agency, or any other third party to recognize or attribute value to the document shall not, by itself, constitute a breach, nonconformity, or sufficient grounds to demand restitution, refund, or financial compensation, given that the absence of official recognition is an inherent, previously disclosed, and essential characteristic of the purchased product.

8. Certifications with Official Legal Effect

Where the purchaser requires accreditations with academic, professional, technical, administrative, or legal validity, they must apply to the competent institutions, bodies, or authorities within the relevant jurisdiction, and it shall be their sole responsibility to verify the requirements, procedures, conditions, and regulatory requirements applicable to obtaining such certifications.

This product shall not be construed as an alternative, substitute, or equivalent mechanism to such official procedures.

9. Declaration of Knowledge and Acceptance

Completion of the purchase transaction shall constitute sufficient evidence that the purchaser has had access to the full content of these terms, has had a reasonable opportunity to review them, and declares that they know and accept the limitations, exclusions, and scope established herein.

Accordingly, the purchaser expressly acknowledges that the purchased product serves an exclusively symbolic, illustrative, and representative purpose, and that it lacks official recognition, academic effect, authorizing value, or legal capacity to certify professional competencies.

Any interpretation seeking to attribute to the document a nature, scope, or effect greater than that expressly defined in this instrument shall be understood to be made under the sole responsibility of whoever makes such interpretation or use.

10. Integrity of These Terms

The foregoing provisions form an integral part of the terms under which the product is purchased and must be interpreted jointly, systematically, and consistently with its exclusively symbolic nature.

Acceptance of the transaction shall therefore imply the purchaser's agreement not only to the physical receipt of the product, but also to the scope limitations, the absence of institutional recognition, and the exclusion of authorizing effects, which are essential elements of its nature.

Purchasing the product therefore implies that the user acknowledges that no element contained in the certificate, questionnaire, or associated material may reasonably be interpreted as a substitute for an official accreditation, professional authorization, or legally required certification.
